- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Polish all 10 nails with 2 coats of Voodoo Enamel. Let dry.
- 3. Using a small brush and Cream Puff Enamel, create starbursts starting from the center of the burst out.
- 4. Add glare by thinning Cream Puff Enamel with polish remover to make it more translucent.
- 5. Draw in the glare in a circular pattern around the starburst.
- 6. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
