- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Pink Chrome Enamel to perfectly manicured nails and let set for 5 minutes. Create a white tip with Cream Puff Enamel and let set for 5 minutes.
- 3. With a thin brush, apply 2 coats of Blue Nirvana Enamel in a vertical stripe from the smile line to the tip of the nail. Let set for 5 minutes.
- 4. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
