- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Silicone Smile Enamel to all 10 nails. Let dry.
- 3. Create an elongated oval to 1 side of the nail with Glam Queen Enamel.
- 4. Using Cream Puff Enamel draw a thin halo around the oval and 3 thin lines in the 3 corners around the oval.
- 5. Apply tiny dots with the tip of the brush using Jiggy and Tart-A-Licious Enamels. Let dry.
- 6. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
