  • 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
  • 2. Apply 2 coats of Red Baroness Enamel and let dry.
  • 3. Hand paint crest and badges using Silver Anniversary Enamel and outlining design with Jiggy Enamel. Let dry.
  • 4. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
