- 1. Apply 2 coats of Retro White Enamel to all 10 nails. Let dry.
- 2. Using a small brush, create your base design with Hot Pop Pink Enamel; add the blue design with Hot Pop Blue Enamel. Let set for 5 minutes.
- 3. Outline your design with a small brush and Voodoo Enamel, let dry.
- 4. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
