- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Voodoo Enamel to all 10 nails and let dry.
- 3. With a small brush, use Cream Puff Enamel to draw a skull and crossbones design.
- 4. Apply 2 rhinestones for eyes using an orangewood stick dipped into Super Shiney™ Top Coat and let set for 1 minute.
- 5. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
