- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Cold Shoulder Enamel to all 10 nails and let set for 1 minute.
- 3. Apply the rhinestone design using an orangewood stick dipped into Super Shiney™ Top Coat and let set for 1 minute.
- 4. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
