- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 1 coat of Cream Puff Enamel to nails. Let dry.
- 3. Apply 2 coats of Bisou De Lulu Enamel to nails. Let dry.
- 4. With a fine brush and Wildfire Enamel create the flames around the free edge. Let dry.
- 5. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
