- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to medium length oval-shaped nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Company Red Enamel and let dry.
- 3. Place a few drops of Sweet Tooth Enamel into a small bowl of cold water and roll nails across the floating Enamel for a streaked effect. Let nails thoroughly dry.
- 4. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
