- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Fill plastic cup with lukewarm water. Drop 1 bead of each Cream Puff, Lighten Up, Bed of Roses and Cold Shoulder Enamels into water. Enamels will float to the top of the water and spread.
- 3. With a toothpick, swirl colors around to create desired pattern. Dip finger down side of cup and up through the Enamel. Swirl to place pattern onto nail.
- 4. Remove Enamel from skin around nail.
- 5. Ice the edge with Lighten Up Enamel. Let dry.
- 6. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
