- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Polish all 10 nails with 2 coats of Voodoo Enamel. Let dry.
- 3. Use a small brush and Cream Puff Enamel to create the flower.
- 4. Add dimension by using a second coat of Cream Puff Enamel in areas to brighten or highlight spots in the pattern.
- 5. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
