- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Glow Enamel to perfectly manicured nails. Let set for 5 minutes.
- 3. Using a thin art brush, create juxtaposed smile lines to the tip of the nail using Flare Enamel. Let dry completely.
- 4. Seal your design with the CND top coat of your choice.
