- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Silicone Smile Enamel to medium length oval-shaped nails and let dry.
- 3. Create deep moons with a thin coat of Hot Pop Blue Enamel and let dry for 5 minutes.
- 4. With a small brush, create the outline of your floral design using Voodoo Enamel.
- 5. Fill in your design with the colors of your choice using a small brush.
- 6. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
