- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Silicone Smile Enamel and let dry.
- 3. Dilute a contrasting color using a small art brush, and polish remover in a separate dish to create the flowers. Dip your brush slightly into the Enamel then into the polish remover to thin and give a watercolor effect.
- 4. Hand paint petals, leaves etc. on the nail in fun floral and diffused patterns. We used diluted New Year’s Kiss Enamel for our petals.
- 5. Use 1 thin coat of Silicone Smile Enamel to soften the look.
- 6. Apply tiny beads to the center of each flower using an orangewood stick dipped into Super Shiney™ Top Coat.
- 7. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
