  • 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
  • 2. Apply 2 coats of Cream Puff Enamel at moon. Make moon edge clean and crisp using a small brush and polish remover. Let dry.
  • 3. Apply 2 coats of Serenity Enamel over rest of nail. Let dry.
  • 4. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
