- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Cream Puff Enamel to medium length oval-shaped nails and let dry.
- 3. Paint moons in the cuticle area with Claret Enamel. Clean edges with a small brush dipped in polish remover.
- 4. With a small brush, create zebra stripes and swirls using Voodoo Enamel and let dry.
- 5. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
