- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Make A Wish Enamel and let dry.
- 3. Paint tips and moon area of nails using Hot Pop Blue Enamel. Let dry.
- 4. Use a small brush and Voodoo Enamel to draw zebra stripes onto the Hot Pop Blue Enamel.
- 5. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
