- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Flounce Enamel to all 10 nails and let dry.
- 3. Apply a generous amount of Baroque Enamel to a piece of loosely woven gauze and press the enamel side of the gauze to the nail. Gently peel the gauze away from the nail, leaving the striped pattern of enamel behind.
- 4. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
